Most "branded" hairstylists recruit trained people only. Starting with a "branded" hairstylist can fetch you anything close to Rs. 16,000 to Rs. 20, 000 per month. After about three years in the industry , the salary at a reputed salon can be Rs. 40,000. The idea is to nurture your own loyal clientele and than open your own salon
